San Fernando under Enhanced Community Quarantine

On March 16, 2020, President Duterte Announced that the entire Luzon Island will be put under Enhanced Community Quarantine, saying “We are in the fight of our lives”.

Included among the many towns enforcing enhanced community quarantine, San Fernando has immediately begun enforcement of the new procedures, with strict checkpoints, and all authorities vigilant in preparation and prevention of the further spread of COVID-19.

Citizens are urged to stay at home, stay calm, boost their immune systems, keep clean, maintain proper hand washing methods, and report any newcomers or visitors that have come from areas with confirmed cases of COVID-19.
